John Findley, MD, named Bryan Health Connect President

John Findley, MD, CPE, has been named president of Bryan Health Connect effective March 22, 2021.

Dr. Findley comes to Bryan Health Connect with a wealth of experience working with patients, providers, administrators and health system boards as well as a deep understanding of the complexities involved in maintaining and growing a meaningful physician-led, physician-hospital organization.

Most recently, Dr. Findley has been serving as medical director for Caravan Health's accountable care organization (ACO) programs, where he was responsible for leading physician engagement strategy, content development, clinical programs and clinical analytics for a national ACO which includes over 250 hospital systems and over 14,000 participating clinicians.

Prior to his role at Caravan Health, Dr. Findley served at Beatrice Community Hospital for four years as chief medical officer and two years as interim chief executive officer. Notably, during that time, he also filled the role of medical director for a year at Bryan Health Connect ACO.

In addition to his executive experience, Dr. Findley worked as a practicing medical provider for 15 years in western Colorado and one year at Beatrice Medical Center.

Dr. Findley earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed residency training at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and Swedish Hospital Family Medicine in Denver.
